Plain versions of the promises we make to you and the ones you make to us.
What EarlyGuide is
A tool you use, not a service that acts for you. EarlyGuide asks questions, finds the real moments in your answers, and helps you shape them into your own application responses. It never writes as you and never invents a detail you did not provide.
You are responsible for what you submit to a school. Read every word before you send it.
Your account
One account per email address, with no password. Anyone who can read your email can sign in, so keep it secure. The account is for one family.
What a Season Pass is
One flat CA$399, charged once. It covers one child for one application cycle: every school on your list, unlimited sessions, through 30 April of the intake year you are applying for.
It is not a subscription and it does not renew. A second child, or the same child in a later cycle, is a separate pass.
Refunds
Full refund any time before you finish your second session — no time limit, no questions.
Once you've finished a second session, the season is yours. Your first session is free precisely so you can decide before paying.

What you write stays yours
Your stories and your answers belong to you. You may copy them, use them anywhere, and take them with you. We do not claim ownership and we do not use your family's stories to train models.
If your pass expires or is refunded, your saved stories and answers stay readable — on your map, in your saved answers, and on each school's page — and you can re-open a conversation you finished to read it back. What ends is starting a new conversation, carrying on an unfinished one, and writing further answers.
What we do not promise
We do not promise your child will be admitted anywhere. No one honestly can. We do not promise a school's questions, deadlines or process will not change after we publish them — we keep them current, and you should confirm anything decisive with the school.
EarlyGuide is not legal, educational or admissions advice.
Fair use
EarlyGuide is for preparing your own child's school applications. It is not a general-purpose writing or chat tool, and using it as one is not what your pass covers.
One family, one account. Do not resell access, scrape the service, or use it to generate applications for other people's children. We may end an account that does.
There are limits on how much you can use EarlyGuide in a week, to stop automated abuse. They are set far above what any family doing this for their own child would use, and we would rather raise them than have a real parent meet one.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that affects a pass you have already bought, we will tell you by email and the change will not apply retroactively to that pass.
